LM INTELLIGENCE OY

Privacy policy

Updated 21 August 2026

This privacy policy explains what data LM Intelligence Oy collects through this website, how it is used and what rights you have. For the Google Tag Manager and analytics tools used on the site, we also comply with Google's own terms and policies, which are linked throughout this document.

1. Data controller

The data controller is LM Intelligence Oy (Business ID 3605639-9), Toini Muonan katu 3b B 16, 00560 Helsinki, Finland.

Privacy-related contacts: email lauri@lm-intelligence.fi or phone +358 40 854 9117.

2. Scope

This policy covers the use of this website, including the AI readiness test and the discovery-call booking form. It does not cover the use of LM Intelligence Oy's services themselves (e.g. the BI Framework platform), which are governed by a separate privacy policy provided with the customer agreement.

3. Information you submit through forms

AI readiness test: we collect your email address and (optionally) your name, company and test answers. The data is used to send you the test result and analysis by email and to contact you regarding the test. If the remaining questions are skipped, the result is based on the answers given.

Discovery-call booking form: we collect your name, company, an optional message, and an email address or a phone number — at least one of the two. The data is used to handle your contact request and arrange the call.

The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest: establishing and maintaining a customer relationship), unless stated otherwise. Prior consent under Article 6(1)(a) is used where law or policy requires it.

Your data is not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes and is never sold.

4. Cookies and automatic data collection

Necessary cookies: language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and the cookie consent state (bi_consent). These do not require consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies: these are only loaded and set after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer or by clearing your browser cookies.

Your consent is stored for 12 months, after which we ask for it again. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before the withdrawal.

5. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage tags and Google Analytics to analyse site usage (e.g. page views, session duration, traffic sources). These tools are provided by Google LLC.

We use these services in accordance with the Google Tag Manager Terms of Service, the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Google may process the collected data in its own services as described in those policies. More information: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/terms/us/

We do not send Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics any data that personally identifies you (such as your name, email address or billing information). Everything you submit through forms goes directly to our own server and is never stored in analytics tags. Google Analytics retention is set to the shortest available period and IP addresses are pseudonymised.

For users in the EU/EEA, analytics data is collected only with your consent (see section 4), in line with Google's EU user consent policy: https://www.google.com/about/company/user-consent-policy.html

6. Other analytics and service providers

We use Vercel Analytics to monitor site performance and usage. It does not use cookies or collect personal data; the statistics are based on unidentifiable aggregate counts.

Form data is stored on our server located within the European Union, in our CRM system and with our email service provider, all of which process data on our behalf and on our instructions (GDPR Article 28). The website is hosted on the Vercel platform.

7. Data retention

Form data is retained for 24 months from the most recent contact, unless the customer relationship continues (for the duration of the relationship) or law requires a longer period. After that the data is deleted.

The cookie consent state is retained for 12 months.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (get a copy), rectify it, request its erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, and have your data transferred to another service provider. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

If you are unsatisfied with how we process your data, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland the authority is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman: https://tietosuoja.fi

Requests and questions: lauri@lm-intelligence.fi.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when our services change. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced on the site's front page.
